This week we've chosen to highlight summer produce and how to best preserve these summer goodies. We all love tart berries, hearty zucchini and sweet summer corn, but having summer produce around as we head into the colder fall months is a dream come true! This corn chowder is the epitome of summer! A base of fragrant garlic, ginger and jalapeño highlights the sweet summer corn. It's finished with coconut milk to bring the creaminess to the next level. Top it off with a bit of chili oil and cilantro and dinner is served.
