We're leaning on our pantries this week, with some help from seasonal favorites. Herbs, spices, beans and whatever looks best at the market is the name of the game this week.
We kick off the week with a tomato hummus and roasted vegetable snack board, make falafel from scratch (yes, you can!) and end the week with a big bowl of (vegan) penne alla vodka!
