What's NEW For Fall!

We've restocked our shelves for fall with all NEW pantry and home staples for the season. From spices to sauces and our favorite candles, here's what we are most excited right now!

NEW from Dark Horse!

Founder Greg Arnold was raised by his Japanese mother, grandparents and uncles. Everything Greg ate as a kid was spiked with soy sauce and at times, ketchup. This Japanese style of cooking that includes western condiments is called Yoshuku. Greg worked under world-renowned chefs and went on to open various restaurants in Southern California. His penchant for fermentation, dehydration and pickling is apparent in his brand Dark Horse Organic, a line of condiments, sauces and ferments.
Dark Horse Fermented Jalapeño Hot Sauce

The newest addition to our Dark Horse pantry is HOT! Jalapeños are fermented with garlic and coriander for one month before the addition of organic apple cider vinegar and sea salt. We love it on breakfast tacos, stirred into sauces or burgers!

Dark Horse Umami Ketchup

A customer and Feedfeed editor favorite! A mix of traditional Japanese ingredients and modern American cuisine, this umami-rich ketchup is loaded with miso, tamari, and wildflower honey. Try it in our Gluten-Free Loaded Cornbread With BBQ Chickpeas!

NEW from Brightland!

Founded by Aishwarya Iyer, a first generation Indian-American whose ancestors were salt farmers in South India, Brightland was born out of a desire for better, more honest food production - and a deep belief in the land and what it provides. Brightland carefully sources their olives and grapes from family-run California farms, then craft them into custom-blended oils and vinegars.
Ardor Chili Olive Oil

New to our Shop! Ardor is lovingly blended in California with red chili peppers, jalapeño peppers, chipotle peppers, paprika, and heirloom Frantoio olives. Enjoy with pizza, pasta, salads, dips, cheese plates, hummus, and gelato (yes, really!) Drizzle it on burrata for the ultimate creamy spicy spread for crostini.

Rapture Raw Balsamic Vinegar

New to our Shop! Double fermented with California zinfandel grapes and ripe Triple Crown blackberries, Rapture is unlike any balsamic vinegar you’ve ever had. Enjoy with salads, marinades, crusty bread, BBQ, and fruit.

Yolélé was founded in 2017 to create economic opportunity for smallholder farming communities; to support their biodiverse, regenerative, and climate-resilient farming systems; and to share Africa’s ingredients and flavors with the world. To the Dogon people of Mali, fonio is known as “the Seed of the Universe,” …the grain at the root of all existence. Revered across West Africa for over 5,000 years, fonio is a gluten-free grain, nutritionally dense, rich in important minerals and amino acids with a low glycemic index.
Yolélé Fonio

Light + fluffy, with a nutty, earthy taste, fonio goes with just about anything and soaks up spices and sauces beautifully. Cook it just like couscous! It’s perfect in salads, grain bowls and tabbouleh. Fonio also makes a delicious hot cereal, veggie burger, stuffing, and gluten-free baking ingredient. Available in Original, Yassa Onion Lime and Chili and Afro-Funk Dawadawa + Herbs

Warm Days, Cozy Nights

Founder Chrissy Fichtl’s passion for soap making, scent formulation and essential oils are the roots of what created Apotheke in 2011. Their Market line is inspired by their early roots selling their wares at local farmers markets.
Apotheke Tomato Tarragon Candle

The Tomato Tarragon candle blends the aroma of freshly picked tomatoes, with hints of tarragon and a zest of orange.

Apotheke Purple Basil Candle

The Purple Basil candle is a blend of purple basil, spicy ginger, and juicy lime zest mingled with hints of lily of the valley.

THAT NEW NEW (from New York Shuk!)

Founded in NYC by Ron and Leetal Arazi, two Israeli-natives, their line of pantry staples is called Shuk, Hebrew for 'market,' in celebration of community energy, freshness, tradition, and grass-roots innovation in culinary arts. We are proud to carry their line of sauces, spices and condiments!
New York Shuk Hawaij

Hawaij spice is no wallflower, with its gorgeous golden hue and powerful fragrance. Originally from Yemen, this earthy spice blend is a favorite flavor in Israel where it comes to life in slow-simmered dishes. Think of it as masala’s Middle Eastern cousin.

New York Shuk Ras El Hanout

Translating to “head of the shop,” Ras El Hanout is often a combination of all the best spices into one. Featuring the warming flavors ever-present in the kitchens of Morocco, this is a fall pantry staple of our editorial team. Try it in our lamb and rice bowls!
