This week we've chosen to highlight hearty greens. As the days turn colder, we're reaching for kale, Swiss chard, collard greens—any nourishing greens that fill us up and keep us going! We start out with a spicy sausage and Swiss chard soup, move into a crispy salmon and bok choy bowl and finish off with a cheesy, garlicky pasta with kale. Happy cooking! |
