Meal Plan: March 6th

Easy Weeknight Dinners

(2)

This week's menu features a wide range of protein-packed meals, including salmon, beef, and chicken.

Start the week off right with a Miso salmon dish with wasabi marinated cucumbers. On Tuesday, make a beef stir fry. Wednesday's meal is a quinoa dish with loads of veggies and grilled halloumi cheese, which is a touch lighter. Cook some Taiwanese popcorn chicken and serve it with sesame egg noodles to round up the week. Use any leftover quinoa, chicken, or unused veg in your own salad, bowl, or stir fry recipe. Try out @lettuce24's delicious mango cake this weekend.

If you make any of these dishes, snap a photo and tag us #feedfeed @thefeedfeed on Instagram for a chance to be featured. Happy cooking!
