We've put together a lavish Valentine's meal for two that you can make if you're spending a romantic night in. Spend a little extra on a quality piece of steak. A pear and blue cheese salad, a pink and festive Valentine's cocktail, and individual passion fruit brownie trifles are paired alongside this steak.

On Tuesday, enjoy a healthy (but filling!) Moroccan lentil soup, followed by a blackened chicken fettuccini alfredo (prepared with your favorite gluten-free pasta) on Wednesday, and a maple chicken salad with roasted vegetables on Thursday. Make Turkish eggs for your loved ones as a bonus for the weekend! Providing a range of hearty, healthy, and flavorful meals throughout the week.

Sunday Prep: If you're celebrating Valentine's Day, prep ahead by salting the steaks the night before and making the Passion Fruit Brownie Trifle. This will give the steaks time to absorb the salt, and the trifles to set  before serving. 

 Monday's Valentine's Day Menu: 
Entrée: Herb Honey Butter Steak
Side: Caramelized Blue Cheese Salad
Cocktail: Pink Diamond Fizz 
Dessert: Passion Fruit Brownie Trifle

Tuesday: Moroccan Lentil Soup
Wednesday: Blackened Chicken Alfredo 
Thursday: Maple Chicken and Roasted Veggie Salad 

Friday: Keep it simple at the end of the week and mix and match any any leftovers Friday night.

This trifle is layered with cocoa puffed quinoa, dark chocolate almond flour brownies, sweetened whipped mascarpone and a bright passion fruit curd. If you can’t find puffed quinoa (you can usually find it in Latin grocery stores) you can swap in toasted nuts or cacao nibs. I’d say that this bottom layer is essential for textural contrast so don’t skip out! It’s a perfect make ahead dessert for a Galentine's Day Dinner or a dinner date for two.
