THE GROCERY LIST

2 pounds beets
1 bulb fennel

2-inch knob ginger

1 red bell pepper

1 (14 ounce) package spicy chorizo sausage
1 1/2 pounds shrimp
1 pound halibut fillet
1 pound cod fillet
1 block Parmesan cheese
1 (8 ounce) tub sour cream
1 pound arborio rice
8 (6 inch) corn tortillas
1 pound vermicelli
1 small bag walnuts
1 small bag salted dry-roasted peanuts
1 (32 ounce) carton vegetable stock
1 (32 ounce) carton chicken broth
2 (15 ounce) cans white beans
1 (14 ounce) cans black beans
1 bottle dry white wine
