THE GROCERY LIST

1 (10 ounce) bag Frozen Cascadian Farms Organic Broccoli Florets

Fresh rosemary

1 bunch fresh parsley

2 large shallots

2 large butternut squashes
3 cups Brussels sprouts
2 red onions

1 pound yukon gold potatoes
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (7 ounce) can tomato paste
2 large bunches lacinato kale
2 avocados
4 ripe bananas
1 (15 ounce) can full-fat coconut milk
2 cups cashews
2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons ground flax
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
1 (8 ounce) box gluten free pasta shells
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
1 (8 ounce) package prepared tempeh
3 (32 ounce) boxes vegetable broth
3 cups cooked rice, quinoa, or other grain of your choice
2 cups black beans
4 handfuls of greens (spinach, collard greens, etc)
1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce
Panko breadcrumbs
