1 cup cashews
2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons ground flax
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
1 (8 ounce) box small pasta shells
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
1 (8 ounce) package prepared tempeh
