It's the holiday season and you know what that means; COMFORT FOOD! And we need it fast! This week's menu brings all the flavor as well as warm and cozy vibes. 

THE MENU
Sunday Beef Bone Broth with Vegetables and Ginger
Monday Roasted Cauliflower Soup
Tuesday Pumpkin Polenta Topped with Fried Egg 
Wednesday Chipotle Turkey Chili with Sweet Potatoes
Thursday Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

Weekend Bonus Salted Dark Chocolate Almond Milk Cookies with Toasted Almonds 

THE GROCERY LIST
(the must-haves!)

1 pound carrots
1 bunch celery
1 bunch radishes of choice
1 (10 ounce) bag frozen edamame
1 jalapeños
1 large piece ginger
1 head cauliflower 
2 heads garlic
2 large onions
1 bunch thyme
1 bunch sage
2 small sweet potatoes
1 red onion
1 pomegranate
1 bunch kale
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 quart vegetable broth
3 quarts chicken stock
4 cups bone broth (store-bought or homemade)
1 (14.5 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes
2 (15 ounce cans) pinto beans
1 (8 ounce) bag wide egg noodles 
1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce
1 pound pasta of choice
1 pound ground turkey
2 1/2 cups shredded chicken (from a store-bought rotisserie chicken)
1 dozen eggs
1 (16 ounce) ball fresh mozzarella
8 ounces grated parmesan
2 (3.5-oz) dark chocolate bars
8 ounces sliced almonds
