Double Decker Whole Wheat Panini
We don't always do late night snacking, but when we do, we don't mess around! Double decker whole wheat panini with roasted eggplants and yams, hummus, avocados, onions, sun dried tomatoes and greens. It is a whole wheat panini with hummus, roasted eggplants, roasted sweet potatoes, red onions avocados, arugula, micro greens and dill. The panini is cooked with the hummus and the roasted eggplants. Everything else gets added after the panini is done.
