ingredients

  • 1/4 cup peeled, cooked and mashed sweet potato
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice, ground cinnamon
  • Maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup oats

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix all the ingredients until no lumps remain. Cover and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.

  • Step 2

    Serve with a little almond butter, chopped nuts or pomegranates. Enjoy!
