ingredients
- 1/4 cup peeled, cooked and mashed sweet potato
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice, ground cinnamon
- Maple syrup, to taste
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup oats
Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients until no lumps remain. Cover and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Step 2
Serve with a little almond butter, chopped nuts or pomegranates. Enjoy!
