You could bake the brie instead of grilling it if you prefer!

- 1 wheel of Brie
- 2 small peaches, pitted and chopped
- 1 tablespoon red pepper jelly
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Pinch of brown sugar
Place wheel of brie wrapped in tin foil on a heated grill for 5-10 minutes.
Slice up fresh peaches and toss with a red pepper jelly, vinegar, mustard and touch of brown sugar.
Serve peaches over brie. Enjoy!
