- 8 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 4 slices prosciutto
- Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish
- Honey, for drizzling
Method
Step 1
Carefully make a lengthwise cut into each date to open it up and remove the pit.
Step 2
Stuff each date with a small piece of brie, ensuring it fits comfortably inside.
Step 3
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
Step 4
Place the stuffed dates in the air fryer basket and air fry for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Step 5
Once done, remove the dates from the air fryer and gently press chopped walnuts onto the melted cheese in each date.

Wrap each stuffed date with a slice of prosciutto using a toothpick or small skewer to secure.
