It’s that time of week again where I like to share the sauce I’ve been lovvvvvving. I have made this 4 times in the last month and y’all. It’s GOOD. 🔥 You can use it in so many ways- believe me I have been putting it on everything 😬 can’t wait for y’all to try!

ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 chipotle peppers
  • 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon water

Method

Potatoes

  • Step 1

    Cut your potatoes. Boil potatoes for about 7 minutes until tender.

  • Step 2

    Drain and then place in a bowl. Put a little avocado oil in there and toss around until coated. Add in seasonings, I used: garlic powder, paprika, oregano, parsley and of course salt and pepper.

  • Step 3

    Air fry at 400 for 20-25 minutes flipping halfway. (Or until desired crispy-ness).

Chipotle Mayo

  • Step 1

    Blend everything together in a blender until completely smooth and combined. Enjoy!
