"We are slowly adapting back into the school swings of things 🤯… although I have zero clue how I am going to get up at 6 AM for classes for the entire semester 😂. I know there are many super people who get up at 4 AM to do all the things. Yeah that is definitely not me. 😵The absolute worst thing you can be is my bladder, who forces me to wake up at 5:55 AM, five minutes before my alarm. I don’t love that To make the morning a bit easier, we are trying out all sorts of breakfasts that can be made ahead and not taste like… oh you know. 🤢 Today, I tried out a breakfast salad where I premade the components at the beginning of the week and it made putting it together super easy. I know this looks like my dinner from last night, but my brain doesn’t have the space to do much more than this atm 😅. Plus, kale with dressing does NOT get soggy and is my favorite little trick for meal prep. What is your go-to breakfast in the morning?
