ingredients
- 1 can Immaculate Organic Cinnamon Rolls with Icing
- 5 strips bacon, cooked
- 1/3 pound breakfast sausage, cooked
- 1 teaspoon butter or oil, for the pan
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup dairy-free shredded cheese
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Open can of Immaculate Organic Cinnamon Rolls with Icing and unravel each roll.
Step 2
Using a circular baking dish, line unraveled cinnamon rolls on the edge of the dish, spiraling into the center, until it forms a giant cinnamon roll. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3
Heat butter (or oil) in a small skillet over low heat. Add eggs and cook, stirring frequently, until scrambled.
Step 4
When the cinnamon roll crust is done, top with dairy-free cheese and broil until melted. Top with sausage, bacon and eggs. Drizzle icing on top, slice and dig in!
