ingredients

  • 1 1 fresh banana
  • 10 grams powder soya protein powder
  • 150 milliliter almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ice cubes

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until all the ingredients are well combined and you have a nice thick, creamy texture.

  • Step 2

    Pour to a bowl and top with your favourite granola, fruit and nuts. Add cocoa nibs or dark chocolate if you like.
