Ingredients: 2 cups almond milk 2 @silverfernbrand Whole Food Multivitamin capsules 2/3 cup @silverfernbrand whey protein powder 2 tablespoons chia seeds 1 tablespoon spirulina powder 1 banana Ice Instructions: 1. Add milk, vitamins, protein powder, chia seeds, spirulina powder, banana, and ice to a blender. Blend on high for one minute until smooth. 2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
