Ingredients: 1 stick salted butter 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 can evaporated milk 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract . Directions: 1. Melt butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat. Add in evaporated milk and whisk until smooth. 2. Sift in powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes, whisking constantly. 3. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Serve warm. Keeps in refrigerator for 4 weeks. Reheat in microwave in 10-second increments, stirring in between. 🍫🙌🏻
