ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats,
- 1 cup milk/ plant mylk
- 1 tablepsoon Chia Seeds
- 1 tablepsoon Toasted Flaked Almonds
- 1 tablepsoon Coconut Oil
- 1 tabelspoons Maple Syrup
- 1 teasopon Bee Pollen (optional)
- 1 teasopon Lions Mane Mushroom Powder
Method
Step 1
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the oats and chia seeds with ½ cup (115ml) boiling water and the milk or plant-based mylk.
Step 2
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 3
Remove saucepan from the heat and stir in the toasted almonds, bee pollen (if using), mushroom powder, coconut oil and maple syrup to taste.
Step 4
Pour into serving bowl and top with additional flaked almonds, chia seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup. Serves 1.
