ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats,
  • 1 cup milk/ plant mylk
  • 1 tablepsoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablepsoon Toasted Flaked Almonds
  • 1 tablepsoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 tabelspoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 teasopon Bee Pollen (optional)
  • 1 teasopon Lions Mane Mushroom Powder

Method

  • Step 1

    In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the oats and chia seeds with ½ cup (115ml) boiling water and the milk or plant-based mylk.

  • Step 2

    Cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.

  • Step 3

    Remove saucepan from the heat and stir in the toasted almonds, bee pollen (if using), mushroom powder, coconut oil and maple syrup to taste.

  • Step 4

    Pour into serving bowl and top with additional flaked almonds, chia seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup. Serves 1.
