Breakfast this morning. homemade coconut milk yogurt + plum compote + flax seed + almond + peaches + pomegranate juice<br><br>RECIPE:<br><br> Ingredients: <br> homemade coconut yogurt (recipe linked)<br> 1 tablespoon flaxseed<br> slivered almonds<br> peach (sliced)<br> plumb compote (recipe below)<br> 1-2 tablespoons <br>pomegranate juice <br> combine all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy! <br> Plumb Compote recipe: <br><br> combine 3-5 plumbs diced, 3 tablespoons coconut sugar, and 1 teaspoon almond extract in a sauce pan over medium heat. cook until mixture becomes a sauce. Add more or less sugar to taste. cool and enjoy!
