ingredients

  • 1 cup drained cashews, previously soaked in boiling water for at least 15min
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Bunch of cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeños, pickled or fresh
  • Salt & pepper
  • Water to thin, about 1/3 cup

Method

  • Step 1

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till creamy, add first 1/4 cup water and add more if needed till desired consistency.

  • Step 2

    Taste and adjust flavors if needed, salt, lime, nutritional yeast, etc.
