ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/4 cups almond milk, or any non dairy milk of choice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
- 5 kiwi berries
Method
Step 1
Add chia seeds into a bowl and add milk. Stir continuously about one minute, mix in vanilla extract. Let the mixture sit for about 30 mins or until it has thickened.
Step 2
Top with coconut yogurt and sliced kimi berries or other berry topping of choice. Enjoy!
