Shrimp Tacos with Spicy Coleslaw Recipe by @the_simple_taste 1-2 tsp. olive oil 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 1/2 tsp. @flavorgod chipotle seasoning pinch of salt 2 tsp. @omgheebutter ghee corn tortillas In a medium bowl toss shrimp with olive oil, seasoning and salt. Let stand at least 15 minutes. Heat ghee in medium pan over medium heat , when pan is hot, add the shrimp. Cook approx. 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through and no longer opaque. Fill corn tortillas with shrimp and top with spicy coleslaw (see recipe below). Spicy Coleslaw Recipe by @the_simple_taste 1/4 cup sour cream (I use lactose free) 2 tsp. @allgoodsauce habanero chili sauce (more or less depending on how spicy you want it) juice from 1/2 a lime Pinch of salt 1 cup shredded red cabbage 1 cup shredded green cabbage 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, torn Mix together in a small bowl the habanero chili sauce, sour cream, lime juice and a pinch of salt. Set aside. In a medium size bowl have the cabbages and cilantro ready. Add in 2 tablespoons of the sour cream mixture and toss together until coated. Use the remaining sauce for serving.
