Savory Sweet Potato 'Waffle' -yields 1 waffle 1 medium sweet potato, peeled & shredded 1 egg, whisked 1 tsp. @flavorgod lemon & garlic seasoning 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 2 tsp. arrowroot powder Preheat waffle iron until hot. Grate the sweet potato in a medium bowl. Add in the whisked egg, seasoning, salt, pepper and arrowroot powder. Combine well. Place in waffle iron in an even layer. Cook until crisp.
