This is what I made with my butternut squash pizza sauce left overs and brought to work with me today! Butternut squash soup topped with sliced avocado & organic rice crackers . I had about 1 1/2 cups of butternut squash sauce left over (recipe posted yesterday) so I threw it in a pot & added 4 cups of organic chicken broth, chopped carrots, celery, onions, 1 tbsp honey, salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder, cayenne pepper & a dash of nutmeg and let it simmer for 1 hour on low heat. Soooo delicious & perfect for Fall! -@the_organic_heart
