ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces (45ml) Tequila
  • 1/2 ounce (15ml) Cointreau
  • 1 ounce (30ml) fresh lime juice
  • Barspoon Homemade Grenadine, to top
  • Garnish with fresh fig and thyme

Method

  • Step 1

    Shake all ingredients with some ice. Serve in a clean glass with fresh figs and thyme.
