ingredients

  • 2 ounces mezcal
  • 1 ounce butterfly pea tea
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 2-5 dashes of bitters
  • Top with ginger beer

Method

  • Step 1

    In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except the ginger beer.

  • Step 2

    Shake over ice, strain and serve over ice.

  • Step 3

    Top with ginger beer and serve.
