- 10 dried Hibiscus flowers
- 500 ml Water
- 20 g Honey
Method
Step 1
Prepare the Flowers - If you’re using freshly grown hibiscus, ensure the calyces are dried completely before use.

Boil the Water - In a small pot, bring the water to a gentle boil. Alternatively; Boil the kettle
Step 3
Add Hibiscus Flowers - Once boiled, add the dried hibiscus flowers to the water. Let it infuse for 5–7 minutes.
Step 4
Strain and Sweeten - Remove the flowers by straining or simply scoop them out with a spoon! Stir in sweetener if desired.
Step 5
Serve and Enjoy - Garnish with a lime wedge or mint leaves for an extra touch of flavor and visual appeal. Serve hot or allow to cool pour over ice for a chilled version.
