Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 250 grams homemade cream cheese
  • 250 grams fresh hung curd
  • 3 pieces raw eggs
  • 1 teapsoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
  • 180 grams sugar
  • 160 grams heavy cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespook cornflour

Method

  • Step 1

    Beat the cream cheese, hung curd and sugar until fully incorporated.

  • Step 2

    Add in the vanilla , salt and orange zest.

  • Step 3

    Next add in the eggs( one at a time) mixing well after each addition.

  • Step 4

    Add the cream and beat the entire mixture thoroughly.

  • Step 5

    Finally add the corn flour and slowly mix one more time.

  • Step 6

    Once the batter gets ready, pour that in the prepared pan and bake at 190 degree C for around 50 minutes, till you see that burnt top.

  • Step 7

    Let it cool down completely and then take it out of the pan to serve.
