ingredients

  • 1 persimmon
  • 6 cups leafy greens
  • 1 block tofu roasted
  • 1/2 cup cooked or canned chickpeas
  • 1/2 candy cane radish, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup vegan feta, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinaigrette
  • Fennel fronds
  • Sea salt
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

Method

  • Step 1

    In a bowl, add the ingredients. Dress with apple cider vinaigrette, avocado and fennel fronds.
