Buttery plums are sautéed until tender in vegan butter and maple syrup. Top these delicious plums over oatmeal, pancakes or yogurt.

ingredients

  • 2 plums, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch sea salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Melt butter over medium high heat and add plums. Spoon maple syrup over and add vanilla and salt. Use spoon to coat the fruit and cook down until sauce is slightly thickened and fruit starts to soften. Pour over oats or ice cream.
