ingredients

  • 330 grams farfalle pasta
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Handful sugar snap peas trimmed
  • 1 cup frozen edamame
  • Handful spinach
  • 3/4 cups dill pesto
  • Sea salt & cracked pepper
  • 1/2 block feta cheese (vegan or dairy!)

Method

  • Step 1

    Boil water and salt liberally for pasta. Cook noodles until al dente. Heat a large pan with olive oil and chili flakes. Add onion and sauté until translucent. Add sugar snaps and toss to combine.

  • Step 2

    Add frozen edamame and garlic and toss until garlic is fragrant. Add in spinach first, then pasta and pesto. Toss until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Add in cheese and toss again. Serve into bowls and enjoy.
