ingredients

  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 320 convection. Prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    Combine dry ingredients and mix well. To a small pot and wet ingredients, heat and mix thoroughly. Pour over dry coating mixture well.

  • Step 3

    Transfer to sheet pans in a thin layer. Press the granola firmly with the back of your spatula.

  • Step 4

    Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Rotate the baking sheets, then cook for an additional 5-10 minutes. Watch closely as you don’t want it to burn.

  • Step 5

    Remove from the oven and let it cook completely before sampling. Transfer to jars to store.
