ingredients
- 1 1/2 medium roasted beets
- 1 1/2 cups cannellini beans, (canned or cooked)
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup water
Method
Step 1
Add everything but water to a food processor and pulse to combine. With machine running slowly add the water until you reach a smooth texture.
