ingredients

  • 1 1/2 medium roasted beets
  • 1 1/2 cups cannellini beans, (canned or cooked)
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup water

Method

  • Step 1

    Add everything but water to a food processor and pulse to combine. With machine running slowly add the water until you reach a smooth texture.
