ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/4 cups diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cups chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375° F.

  • Step 2

    Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl.

  • Step 3

    Pour egg mixture into a greased muffin tin filling about ¾ full. Place in the oven for about 25 minutes or until the egg is completely set. Serve warm.
