  • 1-2 tablespoons tapioca, arrowroot, or cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 bag crinkle-cut carrots
  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped
  • 1 bag Success Boil-in-Bag Brown Rice
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Take the tofu out of the package, remove the extra water, and squeeze out the remaining moisture with a paper towel.

  • Step 2

    Cut the tofu into medium-sized cubes.

  • Step 3

    Coat the tofu with tapioca starch in a bowl until well coated.
