ingredients
- 150 grams unsalted Butter
- 165 grams granulated Sugar
- 3 grams Salt
- 2 large Eggs
- 240 grams Flour
- 55 grams Baking powder
- 225 grams Fresh Cream
- 35 grams Cocoa Powder
- 4 grams Vanilla extract
Method
Step 1
With a hand mixer, cream butter, salt and sugar together
Step 2
Add eggs and keep mixing on low speed
Step 3
Sift flour and baking powder. Mix with a spatula
Step 4
Add cream. Heat cream to 28°C if its cold or it will thickens your mixture
Step 5
Split dough into twol equal bowls Add cocoa powder in a bowl and mix Add vanille in the another bowl and mix
Step 6
Fill your piping bags and fill opposite flavor lines from each bag
Step 7
Enter a wooden stick and try to mix to combine the two colors
Step 8
Bake for 60mins at 180°C
