  • 1 ounce Amaro Nonino
  • 1/4 ounce allspice dram (optional)
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce rich demerara syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 3 ounces dry sparkling wine like Cava or Prosecco
  • Fresh sage, for garnishing

Method

  • Step 1

    Add the apple cider, rye, Amaro Nonino, allspice dram (if using), lemon juice, rich demerara syrup, and Angostura bitters to a cocktail shaker.
