"I like bake cake in my kitchen because i like feeling which i do all things for cakes and wait for appearance of cakes when the door's oven opens, the surprise mix with happiness and accept almost case that happen even if they are good or bad. But this cakes which i baked by pan and i have still kept feeling when i have changed each side of cake."

ingredients

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 70 gram sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 2 tablespoons smelling butter
  • little lemon peel

Method

  • Step 1

    - Mix whole description above in the large bowl until they combine smoothie together. Let give the dough pancake to resting in 30-45 minutes. Remember use a kitchen towel cover in top of the dough's bowl.

  • Step 2

    - Heat the small pan with thin butter in the bottom, then pour two table spoons's dough into butter pan for each cake. Bake each side of cake in 1-1,5 minutes or the cake has light brown color.

  • Step 3

    - Finally 13 pancakes in the bowl and put on the table for dinner or store them in the fridge for breakfast.
