And here it is, cooling and refreshing rose lassi. Rose Lassi Recipe credit: @tableforfivedubai 250g yoghurt 1/2 cup milk 3 tbsp rose syrup Pinch of cardamom (1/8 tsp) Sliced Pista A pinch of Himalayan pink salt Optional: Ice cubes and fresh rose petals •Add everything except pista to a blender or Nutribullet and combine well •Optional: Add fresh rose petals to the mixture or use buttermilk instead of yoghurt •Pour into glasses •Sprinkle sliced pista over and top with a dried rosebud •Serve cold #eattheworld #heresmyfood -@tableforfivedubai
