Chicken Soup With Spring Garlic And Spring Onions
I was inspired by nyt cooking to make a chicken soup with spring garlic and spring onions. I cut up a whole chicken, browned the pieces, deglazed with white wine vin, simmered with aromatics tied in cheesecloth. Served it with grilled spring onions, and minced spring garlic greens seasoned with lemon. So simple, so good!
