  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Method

  • Step 1

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350°F.

    Microwave the butter for about 30 seconds until slightly melted.
