ingredients

  • 1 large baguette, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 5 ounces goat cheese
  • ⅓ - ½ cup maple syrup or honey, plus 2 tablespoons for drizzling
  • Driscoll's strawberries, for serving, halved
  • Driscoll's blueberries, for serving
  • Fresh thyme, for serving

Method

  • Step 1

Slice 1 large baguette into ¾ inch thick slices. Drizzle some olive oil on a grill pan and lightly grill. Keep aside.

  • Step 2

In a food processor jar, add softened cream cheese, goat cheese, and 1/3-1/2 cup maple syrup or honey depending on preference. Blend for 20 seconds until smooth. You can add a tbsp of whipping cream if it’s too thick.

  • Step 3

Spread goat cheese mix on baguette slices and top with Driscoll's strawberries and blueberries. Drizzle with remaining honey and sprinkle over fresh thyme before serving. Enjoy!
