ingredients

  • 4 fresh Croissant s
  • 400 grams Smoked salmon
  • 12 slices fresh Cucumber
  • 8 slices fresh Tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese

Method

  • Step 1

    Gently slice the croissants in half.

  • Step 2

    Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese on the cut side, bottom half of each croissant.

  • Step 3

    Place the cucumber and tomato slices over the cream cheese layer.

  • Step 4

    Neatly roll and place the smoked salmon over the vegetables. About 100 gms per croissant.

  • Step 5

    Close the croissant with the top half, serve and enjoy.
