Croissant smoked salmon sandwiches

- 4 fresh Croissant s
- 400 grams Smoked salmon
- 12 slices fresh Cucumber
- 8 slices fresh Tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons Cream cheese
Method
Step 1
Gently slice the croissants in half.
Step 2
Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese on the cut side, bottom half of each croissant.
Step 3
Place the cucumber and tomato slices over the cream cheese layer.
Step 4
Neatly roll and place the smoked salmon over the vegetables. About 100 gms per croissant.
Step 5
Close the croissant with the top half, serve and enjoy.
