ingredients

  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 2 pieces minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoons Chilli pwd
  • 11 cup Cumin pwd
  • can Mixed beans
  • 200 milliliter Passata
  • 500 grams fresh Lamb mince
  • 1 teaspoons Salt

Method

  • Step 1

    👉Sauté the onion in oil till golden.

  • Step 2

    👉Add the mince and brown by tossing through

  • Step 3

    👉Add the rest of the ingredients except the beans and allow to simmer.

  • Step 4

    👉When the passata has thickened, season, add the beans and toss to heat through.

  • Step 5

    👉Fill each tortilla with the chilli and roll, cut in half and serve with fresh salad vegetables.
