"I can't decide which empanadas I like more! Whether it's the roasted sweet potato, eggplant, corn and black bean. Or the "not so beef", spanish olives, raisins, tomato sauce with garlic, red and green bell peppers and onions, & cojita. With my version of a chimichurri sauce. They are both delicious!"
