Meet the Lemon Meringue Pie Doughnut from Supermoon Bakehouse, one of our favorite bakeries in NYC! They take their 50% butter brioche doughnut and fill it up with lemon cream before topping with torched meringue and dusting with powdered sugar. It's all the zesty, lemony, merengue-y goodness we would want in a dessert! While Supermoon isn't sharing their recipe we've got plenty of inspiration for you to fry up something delicious over on our Doughnut feed!
