Churros with Spicy Mexican Hot Chocolate Ganache
Heart churros with spicy Mexican hot chocolate ganache are the perfect treat for Valentine's Day. The ganache sauce is thick and perfect to dip the churro in. I used Mexican chocolate but dark chocolate or bittersweet chocolate would work just as well. And the ancho Chile Powder will instantly warm you up during these cold winter nights. And, since Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, I decided to make the churros into heart shapes. Because why not? Aren’t they super festive? Cuteness overload. I think they’d be fun treats for kiddos, too.
