Pesto Pasta Salad

  • 1 1/ 2 cups Spring Mix
  • 1 cup dry Pasta (Rigatoni or Cavetti)
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Basil Pesto
  • 1 teaspoons chopped Unsalted Mixed Nuts


  • Step 1

    Boil pasta according to package.

  • Step 2

    Roast nuts on a pan for 5-8 minutes. You’ll smell the aroma, that’s when you know it’s done! Then chop into the preferred size.

  • Step 3

    After pasta is boiled, run under cold water to cool down.

  • Step 4

    Mix all ingredients into a big bowl to combine.

  • Step 5

    Put onto your plate or bowl and enjoy!
